Cancellation, Refund & Legal Notes
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
- To avoid the next renewal charge, complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the next billing time.
- Partial refunds for the current billing period are generally not provided.
- For duplicate charges, incorrect billing caused by service-side defects, or paid access failure due to platform-linked technical errors, we investigate each case and provide support based on payment records and platform policy.
- Deleting the app alone does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel through the payment channel used for purchase.
- For App Store or Google Play purchases, cancellation and refund handling follow each store's policy and account settings (Apple ID / Google Play subscription settings).
- For Web purchases, cancellation and refund handling follows our refund policy and account settings on this service.
